I am hands down the pickiest person with mani pedi, but I finally found a place I love in Orlando. I didn’t get the lady’s name who did my pedicure, but she paid so much attention to detail! Really got all my cuticles, perfect shaping, etc. Jimmy did my nails and he was so quick and so efficient. They were closing soon but he still paid so much attention to detail!! I just got home and I can't be more happy with my nails. I went there to have a daughter and mom day and both of us are really happy with the results. Maya and Leena did a great job and were sweet and really careful about everything. Maya personally was always checking if I liked my nails and we were chatting and laughing. I'm amazed, for sure I'll come back.

Friendly staff and the massage was amazing, kids said best place ever. We will definitely return on our next trip to town. Took my wife here as a surprise. We didn't have an appointment, however they took her in right away. The demeanor of the staff was very friendly. The tech that my wife received was fantastic. My wife said that she was very gentle. We were in Orlando for a weekend get away and the staff of Image Nails did a great job of making this a great weekend. Great experience. We were walk-ins and they got us in quickly. Did a great job of nails and pedi. Wish I lived closer! Amazing establishment, detailed in their work, provided a great atmosphere for my friend's bridal party, highly recommend them.

Great customer service. Johana was my nail tech, I was told she was new. She deserves all the credit. She was extremely patient and gentle, and I just overall loved her. She took her time, and my nails came out great. I wish I lived here cause I would have her do my nails every time. While here they were very nice and quick to help us. Our lady was very funny and was talking to us the entire time. She helped me with my design and made it look even better than I asked for. I was very happy with my nails and very impressed with how clean and nice with the place and it’s employees. I visited this salon for the very first time today and I am very pleased with the services I received. I was taken cared of as soon as I walked in. Tina took care of my pedicure and she was delightful. She gave great conversation and was very friendly. Ms.Tina took great care of me today and will be a definite reason I’d return for more services. This business is highly rated for a reason. Clean & beautiful salon with very nice ladies working there. Their service its excellent, and the work speaks for itself, Im in love with my Nail's de...sign. Trisha always does a great job, she's very thorough always making sure that your nails are even, and her work always comes out perfect. This is my 2nd visit there and I always leave satisfied. The ladies there are very nice, and also Ana & Tina do great work as well. I highly recommend this ladies. Immediately walking in place reeks of acetone. The acetone smell is so strong and foul and health hazardous. Showed up 6 minutes late to appointment. ...In my experience with booking for anything there’s always a 10-15 minute wait range. In 6 mins had someone else seated! Then I was told because I was late couldn’t get my nails done but I could wait for the next person to be available which would be over an hour NO THANKYOU. Show more
